I have a 83 cutlass w/ Fresh SBC 350 ZZ3 crate motor.Im looking for a set of good fitting and priced headers.Any suggestions? I heard that flowtech makes them cheap but arent that great of a fit.

I just saw those on jegs.com,whats the part number ? I would rather have full length! I got dynomax Part#289-85012 then the Flowtechs are part#387-11108 & part#387-11102 & they are all shorty.I think I might go that direction with the Dynomax's.The flowtech afterburners I like but iv'e heard they aren't good quality.

Awesome, thanks everyone.I think i'm gonna go with the Blackjacks! 😀

I agree with these guys. Dynomax / Blackjack are good fitting and lasting headers. I have been using old Blackjacks in my car for many years, and *knock wood* they've been a good reliable header.
Just treat yourself to good header gaskets. That applies to any headers that you buy.

I think the headers I got back then are now called BlackJack's... That name wasn't around when I purchased mine.

Do yourself another favor and spring for the ceramic coating. I got the coated ones for about $250 7 years ago, and they fit so nice I didn't even have to hammer on them...

I was going to also suggest going for the extra scheklels and buying the coated headers.

I bought my Blackjack headers...about 20 yrs ago....before Dynomax...I didn't think they'd last that long....but I'm not complainin'

I cant find the coated Dynomax's on Jegs.Only Dynomax #289-85121 .I saw these Hedman #500-68310 for a regal but they are the same everything as far as the frame and engine. These are both for SBC.The hedman look like they have a better flange on them than the Dynomax and maybe $10 more.I'll pay the extra if its worth it and they fit just as easy.I just dont want anymore header issues.
