Is it coming from the fitting or above the fitting?

I was just asking because in the pic the airhorn gasket looks like it may be seeping.

If it is the fitting leaking and tightening doesn't help it then you'll need to unscrew it and check the nylon gasket to see if it's missing or cracked. You have to unscrew the fuel line from the fitting first. Some fuel filters used to come with the gasket, I'm not sure if they still do or not. If you look in your local auto parts stores Dorman and HELP sections They usually have them. It is this part here, http://quadrajetparts.com/rochester...ittings-inlet-fitting-gaskets-pack-p-124.html

Since you just got the car why not take it off to see why it's leaking and change the fuel filter at the same time

Nothing to break. Your fuel line looks in good shape. The spring is a decent size and hard to lose if you know it there. Go for it. You will lose some fuel and you can either use something like an aerosol can lid that doesn't have a vent hole or use some absorbent rags to catch it. I always used both. Just remember it is gasoline and is flammable.

You won't break anything, once you get the fuel line off the housing will turn off by hand once you loosen it a bit. So you can easily find anything you do drop put a rag or a work shop towel under the housing

15mm wrench correct? None of my tools are with me besides, screwdrivers, ratchets, and sockets + extensions, just want to grab what i need on the way if anything. All my wrenches are home
