I think that is Young Olds on Classic Olds. He tried a whole bunch of things to get it running but nothing worked. He is asking double what is worth IMHO.

He needs to watch Vice Grip Garage. That guy can get anything working.

Apparently the diesel 350 blocks are the hot ticket for guys that seriously race Oldsmobile powered cars.
I still wouldn't mind owning that wagon. It would still cost you more than that to do bodywork and paint on a car that needs it.
This car looks presentable as is. Nice interior and dash, decent paint, etc.
