I have been working with the guys over at Digi-Tails for a long time now do develop a brighter set of SEQUENTIAL or Non-SEQUENTIAL LED tail lights for the Wagon and El Camino. These kits are for 78-81 and 82-87 Malibu WAGON & EL CAMINO and have 100 LED's per tail light.

I reached out to them to have a custom set made for my car and they determined that there should be enough interest out there so they decided to add these to there production line.

The board is included you need to reuse your housings. That said they can likely be made to fit or someone could call and ask if you were to ship a set of cutlas lens would they would look into whats needed to make them fit like a glove. The guys there have been very helpful im sure they would work with you.

Now that I have a completely custom bumper, they come out with lights.Eh

Have spoke with them for custom applications before. Find a vehicle listed on their website, that looks close, call & they can give dimensions. Their stuff is waterproof, so the housing doesn't need to be 100% sealed.

Mine shipped today, so I should be seeing them soon. I may go the custom route for the front parking lights after the build is done.
