distributor problem on 85 cutlass 307

my timing seems to be retarded on my 1985 olds cutlass 307. I loosened the distributor hold down clamp but cant turn the distributor. ive tried oiling it with rust buster but still cant budge it. the position of the distributor prevents getting at it with any kind of wrench. any ideas?

Keep soaking it and give it some light taps with a hammer/mallet.

start the engine up and when the block gets hot try turning it then

Used a combination of both replys I lubed it up with pb blaster rust lube and loosened up the hold down clamp and ran the engine for a few minutes, finally came loose and I was able to reset. Thanks again guys.
