I disassembled them all, then prepped and painted them. As far as the durability factor goes they seem to be holding up pretty well so far.

We definitely favor the middle ones and those will be here tomorrow. The others we happened to have on the shelf so it made sense to try them first. Thank you for the side by side I may keep that picture for future reference.

Those are the best fit. Just gotta paint around the headlights to match the grill and it will be one sweet looking monte.

I am a fan of the mexican hats.

I have tried all three myself and in the end the hats always win.

I guess that's why GM made them for so many years

They may be common but it is hard to beat that classic style.

I like the look of the disc brake center's. The derby caps look good but I think the best look for them is on a wider wheel and the caps are tucked.

I want to buy a new dash for my 87 MC SS. I dont see one on the DIXIE website anymore. It was there a few months ago. Is it no longer available?
