DIY Center Dash Speaker dual tweeter MOD

I put some tweeters out of a Cadillac in the center speaker mounting location today. Here are some pictures from the install



These are the brackets i made to hold the tweeters from the bottom of the metal plate! i used a old coat hanger.


How they are held in

the harness ran behind the gauge cluster


and all put back together, i also ran the cable for my radar detector behind the dash

I drove the Grand Prix today and the tweeters sound great!

I had already disconnected the corner speakers and replaced them with 6.5 speakers mounted under the dash. these tweeters added higher ranger to my system! I think they will hold up pretty well seine they are oem
