So I could see the upper driver's side of my Regal door hinge needed new bushings so I bought a Doorman kit 703-264 which includes 2 pins and 8 bushings (4 stock brass and 4 oversized)
So I decide to just pull the hinge to make it easier to work on only to find that the roller on the other pin has a lot of play.

So I decide to cut the top of the pin that holds the roller on and take the roller off and find the nylon bushing is worn through but it just so happens that the brass bushings that came with the pin kit fit inside the roller but the pin is slightly smaller diameter so I cut the pin off about an 1/8" below where it meets the spacer and then drilled a hole about 1/2" deep and put the pin in and then welded it.

I then ground down the weld to get a flat edge for a washer to sit on and space the roller correctly

I put a washer on top of the lower brass bushing and then cut the pin flush so I could weld the washer on.

So the roller now has 2 brass bushings holding it in place and the door closes good and I didn't have to leave my house or order anything.
