Just wondering what everone does after pulling off door panels and the insulation (the gray wool looking stuff) and the wax paper is pretty shot. I was just going to put Dynamat on the door but unsure if this is the right thing to do. Any suggestions would be of great help.

I've done aftermarket sound deadening material (similar to Dynamat) along with just cutting out new Jute padding to match the originals as much as possible.

The jute padding serves to silence airborne noise whereas a product like Dynamat is there to silence structural/panel noise and vibrations.
