Just got done rehabbing my busted up door panels. My car is an 84 GN so it originally had that awful tan color that was beyond worn. Copied the ribbed pattern at the top with grey tweed painted the plastic with Duplicolor charcoal grey. I like the way the plastikote vinyl paint goes on way better than the duplicolor but the plastikote grey had too much blue in it. The picture dont really do this panel justice the flash made it look really blotchy but its really not.

Very nice, look mint!!!!

I want those concert sound speaker covers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks
its hard to say
the most time was taken tearing all the old crap off. I stitched the ribs in myself that didnt take long......between the sewing paint and assembly probably toll a few hours combined. I need ne lower door apnels mine were really dry and chalky....theyll do for now. Thanks for the kind words

Sucks you aren't closer to me. I have a mint set of Concert Sound II lowers without the grilles I need to get rid of. They are gray, and I used them to trace a pattern from to transfer the grilles to my blue panels. So, they have no grilles, but they do have the holes. I basically stripped the whole CSII system off the car and grabbed it all many years ago. To date, it is the only complete CSII setup I have ever seen. I would sell them to you, but I have to figure out shipping and payment, plus I am terribly bad at procrastination.

no biggy but if you do ever get around to it let me know. Its hard to come across gbodies at the yards around here at the moment it doesnt really matter to me what color they are since I had to redye these anyway its just the fact that mine were so torn up from the years of the stupid kid that owned it before me and could care less about the car. I am not in a huge rush to replace these right now need to focus my efforts on getting bigger injectors and wrapping up my A/C system.

but hey if you come across another set where you are at I really need the 2 little emblems for the concert sound covers.
