How do I get these door pins out so I can replace them & the bushings. The pins kinda flare out at the top to hold them in place. What do I need to get them out?

looking at the hinge it looks like the hole damage is too large for the repair bushing..

Maybe :?: If gp is correct, you'll have to weld up your holes and re-drill them. Or maybe you can find a double oversized bushing (napa?) to stick in there, you'll probably still end up drilling to get the hole back to round if it's to far out of whack.

Or you can buy a new hinge from GM.

I had to weld my driver's upper hinge and OT works okay but I plan to just go ahead and buy all new GM hinges while they're still available.

Remove the spring, close the hinge and drive the pin out with a drift, remove the old bushings.
Then install the new bushings and pin and don't worry about it.

That'll work unless the hole in the hinge is too far gone.

On mine the hole was elongated to the point that the largest bushing would just fall out. In those cases you have no choice but to either weld or replace unfortunately.
