Has anyone had issue with their doors not adjusting all the way in on the door hinge side? I know my car has received some type of damage to the lower quarters but the doors are letting in to much air for my liking

do the doors stick out further than the fenders ? if not it might be time for new weather stripping the doors are really a pain in the butt to adjust you don;t want to go there unless you have to

The doors stick at least half of inch when closed

If it's only at the back, move the striker in or out. It looks like it needs to go in, but it's possible that it needs to go out if the latch is only closing on the first detent. Actually, take the striker off (mark position first) and hold the door shut and see how it lines up with the front fender. The striker should only be used to adjust how far in or out the door is at the rear. All other door adjustments should be made with the striker removed.
