dying seat belts

I looked into doing this a few months ago and it seems the consensus is dont do it. it may weaken the belts for sure noone actually knows but when it concerns my head and the windsheild I dont play games. New ones arent horribly expensive either.

My belts were shot, the drivers side was frayed and the passenger side retractor was broken . I sent them to http://www.seatbeltsolutions.com and had them rebuilt. they came back in new condition and replaced all the webbing to another color.
it cost about $200 but it was well worth it. They look and work like new belts.

Here is another company about the same price https://www.gotbelts.com/ If you want to check around.Dying them is almost impossible.

SEM paint is the best for the plastic, you will need to wash them with soap n water and clean them with grease remover or laquer thinner.
