So you think he took out the 60 and installed another 40 and console instead?

By the way I have had the THM 200 since 78 and 175,000 miles...with one rebuild. I don't call that inferior.

They took the 60 seat, unwrapped the upholstry, cut off the part on the side, and wrapped it back up and installed the console in its place.

Some were good, some weren't; the topic in question was why did the transmission need a rebuild, if it wasn't a TH200 then I couldn't guess why it needed to be rebuilt with low miles.
