This is how I did it in my regal if you are still looking for ideas. There is a small L-bracket welded to the 90 right before the filter that bolts to the inner fender. You can just see the head of the bolt. The rest of it is self explanatory. The ECM is held in a custom made stainless tray right underneath.[/QUOT
love the conversion. are you running the a/c comp? and if so, did you need to notch the frame?

Don't mean to hijack, but just to answer oldsmobile joe, i am running the ac pump and had to heat the corner of the frame and bang it in. It is close but doesn't rub.

Looking good!(y)
A little installation tip: get some 3M Friction Tape to use on the loom- it looks more factory than ties. Also it doesn't get all gooey like vinyl e-tape under heat.

I used vinyl wire ties inside the car...

I like the vinyl tape with out adhesive. That's what the car had from the factory...

I have used Friction tape before on the electrical entrance of a house..
It is usually what they use on the main lines coming into your home..
On old houses thats all they had,, now they make a plastic cover you can than friction tape on...

Pictures do not represent the car now,,, I am behind in picture taking....
I need to do a photo shoot of the finished car.....

Today the Detroit speed kit is being installed...

I have test drove the car a few times and it is amazing,,,,

I am getting an error code 97,, but I think I will just turn that off in the computer..
I found a fix online that involves a resistor and a switched power wire, but I think I should just turn the error code off..

Sound system is almost in...
Just a bunch of little things to do,, check and recheck....
