I'm using Upol urethane 2k. Seems like good stuff if the conditions were correct. I used some Limco UR reducer to get it to flow correctly. fillled ok with #220. Need a bigger gun and better weather. What do you think, 2.0 or a bit larger, yes I do spray poly primer.

I recently shot some of my body panels using Nason 2k urethane primer. I used a gun with a 1.8 tip, no reducer, and it worked nicely. Fortunately I had the weather in my favor...
BTW, did you mount the mirrors on both sides, and where did you purchase them?

Thanks for the information and posting pics of your car. Are you in the midst of changing the appearance and going back to rally wheels? It looks good in either form. I thought of possibly going with 15" steelies and earlier style dog dish caps.
15 x 8's might have to be a custom order. I may settle for stock 15 x 7's...or do 7's up front and 8's in the rear.
As for the spray gun, the 2.0 tip might be good for all around priming ...and if you can get it with a variety tips, that's even better. If you do alot of work with polyester primer, then a 2.2 tip might be the way to go.
Did I tell you I like the mirrors...

Thank you Jack. I working in the passanger side now and I'm debating on even installing a mirror. I have several sets of wheel I can use. The "centerline" style is what I like best along with other old style wheels. I have Welds on the Nova but its stored in my garage away from the cat piss.
