Just to complicate it more, flow numbers aren't everything. You can port the sh*t out of any head and get high flow numbers but you will lose velocity. With the cam specs you listed, it's not going to be spinning a lot of rpm, so you will still be concentrating on torque. If you go to big or don't have enough velocity with a smaller runner then you will lose torque anyway. If your not trying to make every single horsepower(mainly only usable for bragging rights) then you'd be better off going to the smaller side of things to insure that it makes decent torque.
As far as which ones, well I don't know much about RHS. The Edelbrock E-streets, i believe, are patterned after the vortec heads which we know offer great torque numbers.
