Which kind of electric switch works the best. Is the adjustable kind ok? I was looking at a few of these....

Painless Wiring- Thermostatic 30111

this is the painless wiring version. Would i need anything else to use this one or just what they give me. Some of the others need relays and what not. Im not sure.

Which one do you guys think is the best?

ALWAYS use a relay on your fan. They draw a ton of amperage. I have used one very similar to the first one with the adjustable switch. It worked OK.
