Electric Fans---Maintaining the OEM Look

You wont see much performance ( if any ) improvement in the power department by removing the fan.

Hmmm. Normally this might be true when talking about a stock G body but, the 83'-84' Hurst Olds cars have a cut out switch mounted on the accelerator pedal to turn off the AC compressor. I used this factory switch with the 403 and E fans in my car. It used a relay to momentarily stop the fans and AC clutch under WOT. Now with my LS set up the ECM turns off the AC and Fans under WOT = no parasitic loss.
