Electric Fans & Wiring ... Advice Needed

I wired mine using a temp switch that i pulled from some 4cyl citation. It turns on every time but at 200  So i have to find one that turns on at 180. Most likely i will buy a adjustable one and be done with it. But those Intrepid fans kick *ss at low speed,i don't have the high speed hooked up probably if i decide to add A/C. I had to upgrade to 140CSI alternator along with the wires and battery to get everything up to par. I must say it "sounds" like a newer vehicle when the fans are kicked on 8)

3/8 NPT, if you have 1/2 NPT all you need is a bushing. They work fine.

Wasup guys? I just got a Intrepid dual fan from the junkyard yesterday and I'm installing it right now, but I'm a little stumped on the wiring. It has a black, yellow and green wire going to both fans. I know they are dual speed. When I ground the black and power the green wire it seems to be on low. When I power the yellow wire it seems to move more air, but when I power both green and yellow it moves even more air. Is high with power to only the yellow wire, or is high when both green and yellow get power?

If you wire this up with 2 temp switches, for example 195 is low and a 210 for high, both yellow and green wires will have power for high speed.

If I'm not mistaken, fan should be same speed for high rather yellow is power or yellow/green is power.

I got a fan controller from Advance. It has outputs for 2 fans(orange and blue), so I wired the orange wire to the yellow of one fan, and the blue wire to the yellow wire of the other fan grounded the blacks together, and capped off the green wires. Seems to keep the temp right. If I run into a problem I'll run another relay at a higher temp and send power to the 2 capped off greens.

Had to get this off my chest...they pimped me at the junkyard. They charged me for 2 electric fans, a fan shroud, and some 2 fan c's(whatever that is). For the tune of $49. I feel like I've been raped. :?
