I tested the battery with a new load tester, I had lent mine out and never used it after I got it back and it wasn't working so I had to buy a new one. I'm glad it was on sale. Battery is in great shape so I redid some wiring and cleaned it up a bit. I still get 2 flashes when I turn the key to run but the engine starts right up. The MSD box has a solid light running so it's working properly and the engine has never run this good. I set the Fast system up again and it's learning. I have to figure out how to set the box up with the computer program so I can get the timing out of it at idle and set the curve. So it turns out I think it was my wiring that caused the problem... 🤔
