One of the last nice days of the year yesterday I'm sure, and I hadn't taken any pics in a couple years, so I decided to go out and try to find some neat spots for pics. Couldn't find anything great, but I think they turned out decent:

Kevin, car and the pics look great as usual!

I know you didn't ask, but If I had to offer some advice, I'd say try to keep the car centered in the picture more, showing more of the ground.

I really like the blue building as a background too.

Thanks Tony, and yes - I'm definitely always open to constructive criticism, it's helped a lot in the past in improving the pics I take 😀

Some of them I did off-centre on purpose trying something different (and some not LOL), but yes, more ground in front of the car would help in many of the pics.

I wasn't even going to bother taking the pics in front of the blue building actually, but I was really happy with how they turned out - the blue really complimented the car nicely 🙂

I gotta say that your SS is probably the nicest one I've ever seen.

85 SS,

awesome pics! where did you get those blue headlights?! where can i find them?

also, how much did you lower the car?

looks great, love the hood setup that's awesome. whole car is an inspiration just wish i had one to work on again. very nice

Thanks for the kind words fellas! 😳

Front is lowered about 3" from stock using S-10 drop springs and the rear about 1.5" or so. Here's the PN's for anyone interested:

Belltech PN's:
Front Springs: 4220 (for S-10)
Front Shocks: 7012 (for G-body) - Now Replaced by 8006
Rear Springs: 5100 (for G-body)
Rear Shocks: 7517 (for G-body) - Now Replaced by 8512
GM:
S-10 front bumpstops: 15956547

Here's what it looked like before lowering:

Headlights are H4 conversion housings - it's the bulbs that have a blue tinge to them when they are off and you look at them head on (they light up bright white). I really hated that at first (kinda ricey), but it's grown on me a bit. Next set of bulbs I will probably make sure they don't have that blue tint though. You should be able to get the housings at any aftermarket parts place and they are all over ebay. A lot of them have a blue "city light" in them on ebay though, which I didn't care for.
