Energy Suspension?

Anybody else ever have an issue with parts missing from a kit? I just bought their body mount kit for a G body and its missing the 2 so called GNX bushings that go in position 5 😡. If this has happened to anyone else did Energy Suspension make good on it or did they just tell you that you had to send the kit back to the the distributor that you purchased it from? I'm really not going to be happy if I have to send it back on my own dime. Tried to call ES but they were already closed.

I know it's supposed to come with them, it's just my luck I get a kit with them missing🙁

Bought a kit for my Malibu that was missing some hardware. I called and they shipped out the missing parts no questions asked. That was probably 10 years ago now.

You called energy suspension directly? Or the distributor you bought it from?

I contacted them directly and I recall getting the parts quickly so I could put the car back together.

Both the kits for my Monte and Regal were complete but I would call Energy directly and tell them what is missing.

My kit also had the #5 GNX bushings included. I would definitely contact them. I'm sure they'll make good for it.
