Ok, so this backs up what ribbedroof said. According to pic below, screen shot from corvette forum, you are jumping the correct 2 pins.

So why is it doing what it is ... Is now anyone's guess.

So, how is the car running? Current symptoms? Unusual noises? Erratic behavior? Poor drivability? Low power? Poor acceleration?
 
Disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes,that will get rid of any stored codes. Might make it easier to read without all the history.
