Hey, I have a problem with the car. When I am slowing down the engine RPM drops and it stalls unless I balance the brake pedal with the gas pedal, and I also lose RPM when turning.

What could be the cause of this?

Honestly, it could be tons of things. When was the last time you gave the engine a good tuneup?

When the car is in park and idling what is the Rpms at. Also not driving but in heat were is it at? Might be as simple as turning up the idle. Start with the basics.

RPM drop when braking usually indicates vacuum leak. Hard turns also can indicate vacuum leak but that can also be caused by a number of things. The fellas above mentioned tune and timing those can play a role. Keep your chase on the basics and easy does it. Vacuum and tune first. Then timing. Keep us posted

You might also check your float level. If it's too high it could be flooding out when you are braking or turning.

FLOATS ARE TOO HIGH,I JUST WENT THROUGH THIS MYSELF.SOMETIMES THIS HAPPENS IN SUMMER WHEN THINGS GET HOT. LOWER FLOATS ALITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL IT STOPS,THEN SHOULD BE FINE
