Engine Running too cold... change thermostat?

And yes I cleaned out the holes before inserting the sender.

Yeah, this is going to be a non-snow weather car only. Here in Iowa that liquid salt BS and my peg leg rear will be a disaster. my car'd rust back into the elements from whence it came. It has NO rust on it that I have found in 2 years, and I aim to keep it that way.
