Error message on car-part.com?

Am I the only one that gets an error message on car-part.com? I'm wondering if there's something I'm doing wrong, or if there's a trick to get it to submit correctly. Any tips or advice appreciated.

Finally got it to go through. I think you're right. You have to fill out all the boxes, not just the ones marked "mandatory." Fingers crossed.

I was being facetious. I tried using it while looking for a replacement 3800. I found it very frustrating and vague, so anymore, I'd rather not. It could be so much better with more cross-referencing; it's too specific for my taste.
