Oldsmoletick. Have not heard from that fellow in while.

Looks like it's all coming together, for a Pole Barn the row of poles looks really straight. Im used to Shale and rock "re-adjusting" the straight line I see in my head when building something like that. 🙂

Where would you work on the Nova ?

Yeah, lots of old familiar names have dropped out over the years. Kinda fun to go back over those old threads and see them.

The straight poles are an optical illusion. I actually asked the guy that came by yesterday about it and he said that right before they start sheeting with tin they string out as many come-alongs as necessary to pull everything square and straight. It's pretty flexible as it stands right now and the tin adds much of the structural strength.

It would probably make the most sense to work on the Nova here since that's where the tools will be. My dad's shop is only about 4 miles away and will be pretty empty once I finally get all my junk out of his way.
I'm really on the fence about the Nova anyway. It's a pretty huge commitment and I'd kinda like to just play with my own toys for a while. Although, I'm a huge fan of money.

PDR is an art. I tried it a couple times on practice panels and wound up tossing a fender across the shop I was so frustrated with it.

If you ever find a chic that does that marry her.

I can only imagine what she is able to do with her hands!!

...umm you know they come with a suitcase full of rods and bars to fit in the tiniest of access points, then shove two sometimes three of said rods to roll out the "ahem" dent in question right thru said access point ? ... I guess it could be fun LOL
