Eyeballing a Safari Wagon w/woodgrain.

i seen that one. if i remember correctly it needed frame work in the rear. check over it closely and use it to your advantage to wheel and deal if you want to put the work in it.

I did see that. According to the owner, it's only the lower side of the rail and he's including a repair piece. There's a couple of certified welders at my job that would help me out with the repair. In the past I've avoided those kinds of repairs, but it's getting hard to find pristine g-bodies without spending a fortune.
 
JOHNNY,PAGING JOHNNY!!! Where you at?!?! All this "woodgrained wagon" talk!!! We need to see ol mooneyes!😉 this guy has one of thee nicest bu wagons that I've seen,and yes with woodgrain sides that he added.
 
I'd snag it! (even if the wife already told me that I'd be sleeping in the next car I brought home!)
