Ooh, yeah, you're correct. No washers or anything else used on fan clutch. The 4 blade standard fan (no A/C) had the lockwashers on the bolts.

5/16"-18 threaded nuts, 1/2" wrench, 20 lbs/ft. torque. That's it.
