Stupid morons at Fed Up did it again! I made a big order of lots of closeout items from RockAuto. Stuff that can't be re-ordered. All day I'm waiting and checking the tracking. Nothing. Finally they update the tracking and it says it was delivered! WTF!?!?! So I call and ask why, AGAIN!??, because they had lost completely an order in January, was never found. Again the usual song and dance- we'll check it out. Yeah, right. So now I start the routine, checking all similar addresses in my neighborhood. Bingo! Around the block, in a neighbor's back yard, is my package. Stupid MF's. That's it, never again. I am now boycotting all vendors that use Fed Up and letting them know why.

Yeah that's bullshit! The only thing I ever liked about them is the fact that they'd deliver on Saturdays. I don't know how many times I've found packages laying behind the bushes in the front of my house. I guess that's their attempt at not leaving them in plain sight.

I've never had a problem with UPS and know the route driver on a first name basis.

It's easy, they undercharge to glom the business from the responsible carriers. Then they use contract driver's that jump through their asses to get done fast, never mind the mistakes and damages. One of my MANY instances of missing parcels was a Harbor Freight order and the HF rep said, "Fed UP? Yup, they suck". So why use them? He replied, "cheaper".

USPS managed to screw up a delivery for me, while on vacation earlier this year I ordered some parts from Rock Auto to be delivered to the address I was staying at in Llano, Tx. USPS got the stuff to Llano post office at 11.15 am, by 11.30 am they had sent it back again!.
Trouble was I was returning to the UK 2 days later, too late to get it redelivered. Rock Auto refunded my account without any fuss 😀 but I had to leave without some of the parts I wanted to collect.

ive had rockauto loose parts on me before. i ordered e-brake lines for my 89 accord hatchback to convert the rear drum brakes to disc, they had one right and left raybestos e-brake lines in stock , i only got one , they insisted they delivered the items. it was a big mess. on another note ive had really bad luck with rockauto lately with bad parts from their descriptions being wrong for coolant hoses ( stock was a 1/2" OD tube the new one was a 1/2" ID tube) to incorrectly made oil pans ( pcv pipe was almost welded shut too much oil pressure and caused me to replace my valve seals on a car with 62k miles)

 I have yet to have any real issues with Fed, I have been dealing with them on a daily basis for over a decade now. Maybe it's just the area, Other than a couple fill ins, I have dealt with the same drivers for the whole time too, (both ground and overnight).
