oh and i might add dealing with fed , i got my console years back for my floor shifter conversion, they broke the bottom surround, this thing was packed perfectly , someone must have stepped on it or something. they denied that it was their fault even tho the package was insured, i had a long fight with them over several months due to the fact they could not put a price on the console part being no one sells it. needless to say after a few months they gave up and i received the insured amount ,

i never had any good luck with fedx.i live in a alley so the never get my address right.the come very late.mane parts has been lost with them.i had some trouble with ups,but not much.

I got a call from the area rep today asking if the local manager had called me yet. NO. So I gave him an earfull. He agreed there should not have been a misdelivery since I purposely spell out my street address in such a way so as not to be confused with other streets. I reminded him that Fed Up lost another shipment 6 months ago that was never found. I also asked him why they shuffle drivers so much since the last set (an old guy and his daughter) were terrific. He couldn't answer that. I could tell he was not a happy camper this day. I know that at USPS and UPS the workers bid on routes by seniority, and usually stay for years on the same route. I have no idea what Fed Up does, but it's not working.

So the other day my Wife is waiting for Fed Up to show, as I had to order some stove parts and even after specifying UPS, they shipped Fed Up anyway. She sees the truck stop across the street, and heads for the door. The guy RUNS across the street, steps 2 feet onto my property, and FLINGS the package at the front door! Before she can even open the door, he's in the truck leaving. Thankfully it wasn't fragile, and he was actually at the right address! I'm sure you've seen this video on TV. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-i3ds-FJAsk I rest my case.

For a past girlfriend I ordered a set of flowers for her birthday, which was on a Saturday, so I placed the order on Thursday, to be delivered on Friday (overnight) via Fedex. Fedex kept them in their warehouse and phoned her on Saturday, asking her to drive out to Kitchener (a one hour drive) to pick up her "package". She obviously didn't know what it was so she said no. I had to drive down there on Monday and pick them up, withered by then.

Another occasion when getting a car part delivered via Fedex I paid the duties via my Visa card.
A month later, some ******* openned an account with my Visa and my name name and ordered dozens of packages delivered. They called me saying I owed them $800! WTF?!?!? Do they not keep the payment info confidential and secure? Obviously not.

that guy just gave a whole new meaning to fencing...

no wonder they say they deliver thousands of packages an hour...

I personally never had a problem with them. I use them for shipping product all over the place. They have always helped us when need be even those we had problems with them on other issues. I think all shipping companies suck and not one of them is great unless you use some smaller ones that will cost more.
