Yup, delivered my parts to who-knows -where. And their answer is always the same- "the tracking shows we delivered it". Sure, just NOT TO ME! I give up. I am going to have to stop using RockAuto if they can't use better carriers. Why use FEDUP? They are not the cheapest. I always choose USPS when I can but it is not always an option. FEDUP sucks and it is over with me.

No fraud. FEDUP just sucks.

I had the same issue where I ordered a part on summit, it said it was delivered and it sure wasn't. Put claim in through fedup, they said we have proof we delivered it, can't do anything about it. I contacted summit and they said no problem we will send a new one. About 2 weeks after I was supposed to get the part it showed up.

I've also had a set of tires that fedup said got on the truck but never got off the truck or delivered. Still very bad at taking ownership for the problem.

Best course of action is to put a claim in through the place you bought the part and explain the issue.

I like the way Amazon takes a pic of where they put your package. Easy to prove if they dumped it in the wrong spot that way, and covers their asses as well.

Pfffft.. They're all sucky right now. USPS...took 3 weeks to deliver a new GM part from a dealer in Florida. About 300 miles away.

And now, I got some stuff coming out of Michigan (Eastpointe) that's shown it's left there on July 17th.. In transit they say. Um....yeah, for the last week? What are y'all doing with it? Sticking it up your azz?

USPS SUCKS! FedUP sucks...they all simply suck. UPS sucks too.

You suck, your mother sucks, your brother sucks, your father sucks, and your sister...she'd have sucked too but I didn't have 5 bucks!

unfortunately I found they are the best of a bad bunch. Their scanning and tracking system is on par. If something falls off their radar it literally disappears into their OS&D department most times never to be found again..... I toured their facility in EWR and YYZ and it is a maze of belts, trucks, pallets and parcels. The volume is overwhelming. Anything that doesn't fit into their "system" is packed and stacked until A: someone goes looking for it and B: someone has the time to sort thru the pile.

Well, my neighbor around the block on a different street just called to say they have my parts. This happens so much that I gave them my name and phone number to just call me and I will come get my stuff. So here is the issue: I live on 93rd AVENUE and that is how I address all my stuff. A-V-E-N-U-E. The driver can't see the labels the way they load the trucks so they write the address on the side that ends on top. So I see 93rd written in magic marker. And then they deliver it to 93rd. ROAD, around the block from me. Because all they see is the RD. This has been going on for YEARS. And this is the first time someone from FEDUP customer service actually called and let me explain the problem. They were a little astounded that I knew what I was talking about but as I explained- I am a retired USPS carrier- 36 years. My last 20 years was Parcel Post. I know all about mistakes and why they happen. They promised a follow up from the manager at the problematic hub so we'll see how that goes.

At least you FOUND them.

They just busted a bunch of UPS dipwad bozos for running a gun theft ring while on the job in West Columbia, SC. So if you ordered a gun and now it's missing in the central South Carolina area....it just might be tied up in this mess.

FedEx > UPS and it’s not even a debate to me. Rarely an issue, ship quite a bit too. Guess who doesn’t these days. USPS is good for small things but more random issues with them. Overall can’t complain.

Two seemingly rare occasions I had UPS as the company delivering it happened to be two different high $ parts, to the same wrong house in my neighborhood. I can see how it happens, exact numerals but different street name but still. The first time the USPS mail man let me know, nice guy 😄. 2nd time I guessed and drove over to pick it up, older lady lives there and doesn’t get around easily, box was sitting at her front step for I think 1-2 days.

I am supposed to get a delivery tomorrow from Rock Auto so I hope you can understand me sitting on the fence on this one.....for now.....
