Felony for Driving on Suspended? Opinions Version 2

These laws?? are state generated and vary from state to state. Diving without a license for example is NOT against the law. (Check this out yourself, there is no federal law stating that. The only fed laws are seat belts, driving drunk, and vehicle safety issues.) Yet at the state level, they can do what they want and we are screwed.
Under suspension is mandated by the Courts and also DMVs (who because of lack of knowledge by us are connected to the courts and law enforcement.) So the authorities use the DMV and vise versa. I do agree that once a accident has occurred,or any kind of personal property damage, it should be able to be raised to felony status. They have been many who have gotten away with vehicle related crimes.
But IMHO, it's a fine line and should be more clearly stated and divided. Disobeying a court order goes without saying, but a DMV suspension should not be a felony in no kind of way.

^ There is a sort of concept that is becoming 'lost' that people should be able to drive around unchecked unless they commit a traffic infraction. I was only speaking on potential situations where the person didn't commit additional crimes and they are just driving, but not doing anything. In the absence of a 4th amendment right, we find encampments that look alarmingly similar to Auschwitz Birkenau in our own country. I guess some people think that's how we should generate revenue so they don't have to pay as much taxes - temporarily. But they'll figure out a 'solution' to pay for all these 'improvements' later. Just like they do every time. Can I start laughing now

Something I have noticed the lately is that when threads get locked or threatened to be locked it seems like the same member is somehow involved, of coarse this may just be a coincidence.

Ok I will pretend none of the motivation behind tent city is ... I dont want to say racism b/c thats going maybe too far, 'discrimination', while you all explain to me that its just a 'coincidence' that this is one of the only places pushing felonies on drive w susp right now. It must also be a 'coincidence*' that more than 51% of people receiving these convictions are obviously minority even though I have been to Phoenix and personally observed that at least 80% of the people driving around happen to be white.
