Fi-tech

That’s what I thought but I didn’t want to assume anything. I got $500 for the Fi Tech unit. People were all over thing. Now I just have to decide on a carb. Decisions decisions! For some reason I’m drawn to holly and I don’t really know why. Anyway what is this on the back of the motor. It has a wire hooked up to it?View attachment 243746
That's the oil pressure sending unit. It's what drives the oil pressure gauge in the car.

So I can use that and the t fitting off the Buick to make the oil gauge work? I have a Bosch oil gauge and then the dummy light.

Use the oil pressure sender for the Bosch gauge. Use the oil pressure switch from the Buick to control the light. You won't use the oil pressure sender that came with the small block Chevy.

You made the right call, tons of problems and Terminator X is plug in but doesn't play so well out of box either. Not a sbc fan but really like curved script Edelbrock valve covers and air cleaner. The new Holley style Edelbrock carbs are supposed to be awesome.

Yeah I was checking those out online and they are pricey. Hopefully I’ll be able to stab it this weekend. I just need to run a fuel line and clean up the wiring harness. I made the mistake not buying new lower control arms and just bought new bushings. That was a pain.

So I have that hard line for fuel sticking out of the frame rail for the Buick. What’s the best way to run it to the other side for a Chevy?
