Not bad.............You were shaky with the camcorder though!!! Tell us more about that motor and the specs. Ever been on the dyno??? I have been thinking about a big block myself and I wonder how much you have into it? I wish I had that when I was 21 8)

yea that was my first video sry for the shaky video. its a mark 4 454 2 bolt main. the block was given to me from a buddy moving out of state.stock crank stock rods got the rods and a brand new crank off of Craigslist for 300 bucks and keth black hyper pistons about 9.5.1 compression. sealed power rings. th 350 trans with tci street fighter stall about 3200 stall.3 in exhaust with aero chamber muffler which i really like. gm bbc heads 049 casting large oval port with stock valves. edelbrock air gap intake port match to the heads. quick fuel 800 dp carb. pete jackson gear drive. crane gold series roller rockers. Screw in studs. mallory hei distributor with vac advance. 3.08 gears with auburn posi. lunati voodoo hydraulic cam part number 638-60204.so need less to say i got about roughly 3000 grand in the motor not to bad.and yes my dad built cars all his teen years and i am following in his foot steps that for the camment jbreu it keeps me motivated thanks again...

maybe ill have one at 21 also if i go along the right path with my budgeting. :mrgreen:

Nice work on the car with the new engine. But stock valve is a bad idea in a BBC with any cam that is not stock you should use SS valves along with bronze valve guides to help not to drop a valve.BBC engine are bad for dropping stock valves with a performance cams, the valve sticks in the cast iron guides and the piston smash the valve and cracks off the top.
