Firebird rear spoiler mounting help

ok all done. Sorry for bad pic... through a screen window....

I torqued the drivers side down to much and had to pop up a dimple it created, be forewarned if doing this. there was only about 3/16ths of thread on my install so torqueing it down was not a good idea. on the other side I used a 1/2 socket to dimple the underside of the trunk to give it some more threads to hang onto. If I was going to re-do this I would definatley invst time into removing the studs and replacing them with some longer ones. Save hours of work, and the studs do come out easy enough.... In most cases.

I dimpled it, because I was worried that there would not be enough strength of just the sheet metal of the trunk lid.
