I have a 1978 Cutlass that I’m trying to fit some 255/30 24’s on without having to cut the vehicle any, has anybody done this? If so, what did you have to do to the suspension to make them fit comfortably and drive without rub?

Those tires are 30" in OD and need an 8.5" wheel minimum. BS matters. Ideal in front is around 4.5". Ideal in back is around 4". Ideal wheel adapters for front / rear will likely be different.

The wheel well trim will likely need to go & The liner in the back of the wheel well, too. The lower corners of the front fender might need a little trim.

Stiffer springs from an S10 or Iroc convertible will reduce rubbing, A taller upper ball joint will improve suspension/steering geometry at the taller ride height, because both can get wonky when you raise the suspension a couple inches..
