FLOOR SHIFTER HELP!

Guys. I have a B&M Pro Stick shifter. What can I do to help my shifter stay bolted to the floor.
As soon as I shift it, the screws and bolts come loose. Not super loose, but loose enough so the shifter can wobble from side to side.

If you guys have any pics of your shifter bolted to the floor from inside and under, it would be great.

Mabye use some nut zerks ( i think thats what they're called). I dont know if it would work or not, or even if they make them that big, but its what i used when my door pull straps were coming loose. Again, not sure if would work or not, just a thought though.
