why are the center lights the only ones of the 4 working in the last pic? are the lows burnt out lol

Back in the day, some people thought it was "cool" to reverse the headlights like that.

about as cool as yellow/blue halogens or electrical tape "X" on your plastic street car lights lol

the outside light are hi/lo, when you turn the high beams on the power to the low beams is cut so it could be he doesn't have hi/lo beam or both high beams are out or it has an electrical problem
