thanks thats my drag car . 84 firebird , I was one of the first people to have that ram air style hood it took forever to get . that was like 10 years ago now . it cost me like 3 months pay back in the day

awesome man! post some pics up in here while you r at it, i didnt like those cars at first, bu i have to put one on my list of project cars, real soon, had a person offer to sale me a 70s firebird, i forgot which one, but it was a rare of sorts, may have to go take a look at it, esp. for the price

ok well thats good to know becuase ive read some post that GURUs and royal smart people have posted and scratched my head because they were basic mechanical and automotive related things that you should know before opening your drivers door or the hood for that matter . Not putting anyone down there is no such thing as a stupid question . its better to ask then go down in a ball of flames . Thanks everyone 8)

This is like me saying ... I've read some posts that noobs and apprentices have posted and scratched my head because they were basic computer and internet related things that you should know before booting up a pc or turning a screen on for that matter.... etc.

you can see now why this post would make a serious 'car noob' not want to post a simple question about turning a wrench or something like that. we all start somewhere

Custom 442 . I wasn't trying to belittle anyone I just didn't understand how our status ranks were formed . Everyone should ask question no matter how simple it maybe that's how we gain knowledge . my first thought when i saw someone with a G-body guru status was that maybe they were one of the creators of the site or something . weather your a car noob forum noob or just a sarcastic noob guru smartfella grease donkey questions are important so nobody should shy away from asking . :!:
