As bad as that looks I would replace the rear part of the frame. If you can't weld replace the whole frame.

I can weld no problem. I just finished boxing out the channel portion of the frame. Do you know if they make/sell these parts or should I just scab some new steel to the existing steel? Thank you for the reply!

There is a guy in Canada that made the rear frame rails not sure if he still has any. Rear rails from a 4 door will fit a 2 door and normally in better shape for another option.
The rest of the rail is probably nearly rotted out so it would be better to replace than patched.

He responded immediately! Parts are in route. Thank you

What is the metal like with the rest of the rear rail. Other than the bushing area it doesn't look too bad. I'm disappointing you are welding the upper control arm bracket back on, thought you might be doing something with the front control arm bracket to get rid of the anti dive in these cars. You did a nice job of boxing the frame but for the center (#3) you'll need an access hole to get the bushing in place unless you have some other plan.
