When you get your parts, just take off your control arms and take them and all your new pieces to a machine shop to have them pressed in. They will take care of everything for you. Here's what I did...
Sandblast your control arms and just have them coated with a etch primer to keep them from rusting up.
Then have the bushings and ball joints replaced by your favorite machine shop.
Now with that done, degrease them, and then degrease them again, mask off your new bits, and paint them with your paint of choice.
