Just an idea but you may want to go back and wrap some spacers in a few spots where the two lines are touching. After a while they will rub on each other and get wear spots and will then wear a hole in them. You can use rubber cushions that you just wrap around them or use electircal tape. The best place is right where your bracket holds them. That way know one sees them either. It's a step that might take a little while but in the long run you will be happy your not running new lines. Again...just my two cents to maybe save you a headache down the road! 8)

Just to help a bit, the "cushioned" clamps that will work as you are describing are called tinnerman clamps (or clips) You can get them with extruded neoprene cushioning , which I feel works the best. Summit sells them, though I doubt anyone there would know what you are asking for by name. This here is a good illustration:

The problem I found is that the smaller clamps have too small of a hole. I used the stock 8mm bolts to the frame, hence why the larger clamps.
