I've done research and found some aluminum 1/2 o.d. tubing I'm gonna use for the hard line in place of my stock tubing. I'm also gonna purchase a fuel cell out of summit racing and keep my deadhead style regulator. I am hoping this will fix my problem since I've checked all my voltage and connections.

If you install a fuel cell in the trunk you need to build a firewall between the trunk and interior.
What size is your wiring to the pump? Too small of wiring, too small of fuel line and pump mounted too high may be your issues.
