Hello Gents.
I'm trying to identify what fuel tank I have in my '86 442. This car was built by my late brother and I'm trying to understand what components he used.
The car has an LS3/4L80E swap with all the Holley goodies.
I'm thinking it's the Spectrum GM309A? You can see parts of the installed Racetronix Pump wiring harness here too. Thanks in advance.

Both of mine are powder-coated the one in the picture above is a few years old. and the one i bought last year for $50 new on eBay is the same coating i only bought the second tank because it was so cheap. i even have the original box for the second tank and it has no markings.

Thanks all for the feedback - great info here.
The tank needs to be EFI due to the known installed Walbro in-tank pump on the sender. I'll have to see if I can get a view down the filler neck, maybe with my inspection camera.
I want to know for my own info, but also to help my Brother who is now working on the same LS3 swap on his '86.

You can put a Walbro in any gbody tank It's best to do it with a baffled tank. you can fit 2 walbro 450 in a gbody baffled tank i been running it for almost 2 years now . Just a tip, they are hungry pumps, so use a heavy wire to feed them.
