The body lines look more like a 2nd Gen Super Duty (08-10)Ford truck is my guess as well... they started using "high grade" aluminum construction for their beds, wrong thing to do by the looks of it.

Another instance of similar damage. I think in both cases the drivers didn't secure the loose end of the strap and ran it over. This one looks like a Toyota Tundra. I would have thought the strap would break before doing that kind of damage but....
