Older guy at my job put one of the Dodge Trucks we have into a tree. Got out thinking he put it in park and all he did was turn the radio down, truck idled off down a little hill and found a nice pine tree to stop in. 🤣

I had one of those dodge trucks as a rental. One morning while keeping my eyes on the road I thought I was reaching down to adjust the heater and all of a sudden the engine revved way up. Yup I accidentally turned the shift knob to neutral
