Musk doesn't know the film well as Deckard ( Ford's character) only drives a ground car. There is a wedge shape, red flying car with visible jet engines in Blade Runner. However, its only a model in the background for a couple of F/X scenes in the film.

Wedge shape cars were not the only design in Blade Runner, they also had more rounded and aerodynamic Spinner flying cars. Most of the Spinner models and full sized props were flying police cars but some of the Spinner models were non police.

There is also a yellow lobster shaped flying car. Its the first flying car seen in the film.

Like in Back to the Future, Blade Runner flying cars could switch between ground and flying modes. Also it seems most of the flying cars are small two sealers, pretty much flying Corvettes and other exotics.
