i saw that video... tried it that way and for some reason the spring is stuck .. o well .. dark here .. will try rotating the spring out tomorrow. thanks everyone .. will keep you posted.. I have a feeling I am not the only one who had this problem
I have not tried this repair, but could you fish out the broken end with a 90-degree pick, maybe ground down to the diameter of the hole? Can you thread something into the end of the remaining piece of spring and ease it out?
Well guys .... I successfully got the spring out. I ended up using an angled needle nose and a flat blade screwdriver to get it out. it was stubborn. Ordered new one on Ebay... thanks to all
